Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong strategic thinking capabilities and a proven track record of successful execution.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, adept at navigating a matrix management structure and influencing various organizational levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships while effectively managing organizational priorities.
- Be prepared to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for projects, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines, governance protocols, and budgetary constraints.
- Manage change controls related to project scope, timelines, and financial targets in accordance with established Change Management policies.
- Convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Utilize program management tools and methodologies in alignment with the company's Change and Project Management Framework.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in process release management and familiarity with Agile and waterfall software delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale projects with significant cross-functional implications.
- Strong understanding of bank policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, ALM, PCM/TPAS, PPRT, and NEXUS.
- PMP Certification and Certified Scrum Master credentials are preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive pay range between $70/hr - $75/hr on W2.
- Benefits include medical and pharmacy coverage, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), health savings accounts, life insurance, and various paid leave options.
