Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at ONICON Measurement Solutions. This role is responsible for meeting sales goals in defined geographic areas, working with independent sales rep firms to promote and support each region's ONICON and Air Monitor brands. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage independent reps within defined regions and may directly manage some salespeople.
  • Perform product demonstrations and educational presentations to customers both virtually and in person.
  • Direct and supervise inside sales and customer service staff concerning specific customer issues.
  • Work cooperatively and constructively with independent sales reps to meet annual sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain technical proficiency with all ONICON/AMC products, HVAC applications, and new products/applications as they are added/identified.
  • Develop and maintain relationships at all production locations to manage orders and logistics to meet customers' and reps' needs.

The estimated salary for this position is around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
