Therapist Role at Guidelight Health

We are seeking a skilled Therapist/Counselor/Social Worker to join our team and provide services to Adolescents and Adults in a PHP/IOP setting. As a Therapist at Guidelight Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the development of our innovative programs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to clients admitted in Partial Hospital Program (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) level of care
  • Conduct initial evaluations, group therapy, individual therapy, case management, and crisis management to clients
  • Collaborate within a interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment within the scope of the therapist's training, experience, and competency
Requirements
  • Clinical experience working with Adolescents and Adults
  • Understanding of a variety of modalities including DBT, CBT, ACT, MI
  • Confident in Group Therapy
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
  • Flexibly and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of clients in a fast pace environment
  • Demonstrates understanding and appreciation of cultural inclusivity and diversity
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related program from an accredited college or university. License-Eligible program.
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) preferred.
  • 2 years of clinical experience in higher level of care; including IOP/PHP, inpatient, residential emergency room experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems
