Therapist Role at Guidelight Health

We are seeking dedicated Therapists/Counselors/Social Workers to provide services to Adolescents and Adults in a PHP/IOP setting. As a Therapist at Guidelight Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, conducting initial evaluations, group therapy, individual therapy, case management, and crisis management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to clients in Partial Hospital Program (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) level of care
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment
  • Conduct initial evaluations, group therapy, individual therapy, case management, and crisis management
Requirements
  • Clinical experience working with Adolescents and Adults
  • Understanding of various modalities, including DBT, CBT, ACT, and MI
  • Confident in Group Therapy
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse client needs
  • Demonstrates understanding and appreciation of cultural inclusivity and diversity
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related program from an accredited college or university
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) preferred
  • 2 years of clinical experience in higher level of care, including IOP/PHP, inpatient, residential, and emergency room experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems
