**Job Summary**

At SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Arrival Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our water park staff, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a memorable visit for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide top-notch guest service and satisfaction through friendly interactions and timely assistance.
• Answer questions and resolve guest issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Offer guidance on show times, attraction information, and park navigation to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Facilitate efficient guest traffic flow and maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our water park.

**Requirements:**

• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong English language communication skills.
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to train on and properly use protective equipment.
• Ability to stand for entire shift.
• Ability to push/pull up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and learn/use point of sale system.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills (Portuguese a plus).
• Basic math skills desired.
