About the Role
Pentair Management Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain & Operations Leadership Development Intern. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced supply chain leaders and gain hands-on experience in logistics management, commodity management, and new product development sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operations leaders with continuous improvement projects to improve safety, delivery, quality, cost, and cash (SQDCC) for the manufacturing site
- Provide on-the-job training and mentoring in Pentair's proven standard methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain performance
- Present key learnings and project outcomes to senior leadership team
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Operations Management from an accredited university
- Enrolled as a junior undergraduate (Preferred Graduation Date: Spring 2026)
- Strong desire to become a leader at Pentair in the future
- Strong interest in pursuing Pentair's full-time Supply Chain & Operations Leadership Development Program upon graduation
- Willing to relocate and work in locations throughout the United States while in Pentair's Leadership Development Program
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
