Position Overview:

Lennar is in search of a Residential Construction Supervisor who will be accountable for directing and managing the construction of homes within a designated community, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality benchmarks.

This role entails monitoring reports, aiding in pre-construction phases, and overseeing the work of trade partners to guarantee compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections to ensure all work aligns with City/County/State regulations and building codes.
  • Plan and coordinate all construction activities from inception to completion, including pre-construction meetings, pre-drywall assessments, and final presentations.
  • Facilitate pre-construction meetings and final presentations with clients.
  • Oversee the construction process and inspections using established forms, plans, and procedures.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of change orders, purchase orders, and inspections within the community.
  • Participate in construction meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Address safety, quality, and legal standards to ensure a high-quality home is delivered within budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in residential construction management is required.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Familiarity with construction practices and building codes.
