Job Description

A Residential Real Estate Agent is a key player in facilitating housing transactions within their community. They provide guidance to customers navigating the complexities of home sales and purchases, leveraging their expertise to build trust and confidence with clients.

To succeed in this role, one must possess a proactive and opportunistic attitude, with a strong focus on driving results and achieving goals. Real Estate Professionals earn a competitive income based on their transaction volume, with top performers earning upwards of $50,000 to $100,000 per year or more.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, it is necessary to obtain one before being hired. To earn a license, one must complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the licensing process.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in preparing their homes for sale.
  • Guide clients through the home search process, including showings and open houses.
  • Mediate sales and purchasing negotiations to advocate for clients' best interests.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and recent sales activity.
  • Develop effective marketing strategies to promote real estate services.
  • Advise clients on home staging and selling strategies to maximize profit.
