Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular upkeep of outdoor areas, including landscaping, cleaning, and maintenance of parking lots and driveways.
- Perform various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
- Change light bulbs, clean windows, and assist in the movement of heavy equipment and supplies.
- Maintain heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to coordinate maintenance activities in resident living spaces.
- Ensure the facility and its equipment are well-maintained for the comfort and convenience of residents.
Qualifications:
