About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our maintenance operations. This role will report directly to the Facility Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance and reliability of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional leadership and direction to the maintenance team
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability
  • Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective maintenance practices
  • Lead improvement teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including operators, mechanics, and leadership
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Develop and implement training programs for maintenance personnel
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure maintenance practices are aligned with company standards
  • Develop and maintain a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the maintenance team
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance operations, with a focus on reliability and maintenance
  • Proven track record of leading maintenance teams and developing maintenance strategies
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance budgeting and cost management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
