Key Responsibilities:

Shift Availability: 2 PM - 10:30 PM or 3 PM - 11:30 PM

The Guest Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our hotel operations by meeting performance objectives at the front desk. This position serves as the first point of contact for guests, embodying the brand's values and delivering exceptional hospitality. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism.
  • Resolving guest issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Managing inquiries related to high-speed internet access, hotel services, and local information.
  • Maintaining knowledge of hotel operations, key personnel, and in-house events.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar capacity.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems, such as LightSpeed, Marsha, Empower, and Dorma Kaba for guest key management is preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and a positive demeanor.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $16.78 - $20.96 per hour, with final offers determined by geographic location, individual qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for participation in Factory Mutual Insurance Company's comprehensive Total Rewards program, which includes an incentive plan, health and wellness benefits, a 401(k) and pension plan, career development opportunities, tuition reimbursement, flexible work arrangements, generous time off, complimentary meals, and employee discounts at participating hotels.
