**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide **GAS3** selling experience for DIY and professional customers
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales and service objectives
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store appearance
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, including prompt handling of customer complaints
  • Understand and manage store profitability, including sales, inventory, and labor costs
  • Assist in managing commercial delivery program and provide DIY services
  • Act as a role model and leader, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence

**Requirements**

  • 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 sales associates in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Successful experience managing profitability and driving sales growth
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • ASE certification preferred, but not required
