Core Responsibilities

Portfolio Oversight

· Oversee all facets of client portfolio management, including strategy formulation, trade execution, and continuous portfolio assessment.

· Formulate and execute investment strategies grounded in comprehensive analysis.

· Assess and track the performance of investments within client portfolios.

· Serve as a knowledgeable resource for Advisors regarding portfolio strategies.

· Stay informed on industry trends and developments, including regulatory changes and economic factors that may influence investment choices.

Trading Functions

· Optimize the use of trading and rebalancing systems, including trade execution, security settings management, allocation models, and advisor preferences.

· Assist Advisors in rebalancing and cash investment/raising initiatives.

· Identify opportunities for portfolio rebalancing or other transactions that could benefit clients.

Client Engagement

· Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure open communication regarding current investments and potential opportunities.

· Offer insightful recommendations to clients concerning their investment strategies, taking into account their risk tolerance and long-term financial objectives.

Knowledge & Expertise

· Strong analytical, consultative, communication, and judgment skills.

· Comprehensive understanding of financial markets, investment vehicles, and asset classes.

· Familiarity with Structured Notes is highly desirable.

· Adaptable and flexible in response to change.

· Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.

· Self-motivated individual with robust time management abilities.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Educational and Professional Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in investment management or equivalent qualifications.

· Advanced knowledge of ETFs, Mutual Funds, Stocks, Fixed Income Products, and Options.

· Previous experience with Structured Notes is preferred.

· Professional certifications (CFA, CIMA) are advantageous but not mandatory.
