Recovery Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Recovery Support Specialist to join our team at Carle Health. As a key member of our Residential Reentry Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the proper sign-in and sign-out procedure for all residents approved for movement.
- Conduct random searches of residents' rooms and vehicles to check for contraband.
- Monitor security cameras to ensure only authorized persons are present.
- Complete pat-down searches on residents.
- Monitor and log residents' behavior during each shift.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work compassionately and empathetically with a criminal population.
