The Role

We're seeking a travel enthusiast with a passion for guest service to join our team in Redwood City - San Francisco. As the face of our company, you'll report directly to the Branch's Operations Manager and be responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs;
  • Prepare and clean our campervans;
  • Maintain our campervans in top condition and monitor maintenance and repairing needs;
  • Register guests, monitor stock, and process payments;
  • Handle complaints and troubleshoot emergencies.
Requirements
  • You have experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
  • You possess great communication skills and an aptitude for direct contact with customers;
  • You're eligible to work in the US, have a valid driver's license, and feel confident enough to drive a campervan;
  • You're available to work on weekends and public holidays;
  • You're a responsible person who takes your work seriously and can be relied upon;
  • You're well-organized and good at solving problems.
