  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet operations, event management, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-volume events and teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid Managers ServSafe Certification and Alcohol Service Permit.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Advanced food service sanitation training course certification.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of inventory cost control and menu planning.
  • Basic computer proficiency in email, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Schedule+.
