Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to manage patient care
- Evaluate, suggest, and implement therapeutic interventions
- Collect and record diagnostic information accurately
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Engage in hospital committees and collaborative teams
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background: Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited institution
Professional Experience: At least 12 months of recent experience in an acute care environment
Licensure and Certifications:
- Valid RRT or CRT licensure
- Current BLS and NRP certification to be obtained within six months of employment
Additional Notes:
- All new hires must successfully complete a drug screening
