Position Title: Early Childhood Substitute Teacher

Classification: Non-Exempt

Status: Full Time

Role Purpose:

The Early Childhood Substitute Teacher plays a vital role in supporting staff by ensuring a safe and inclusive educational environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist educators in developing and executing curriculum plans.
  2. Engage actively in opportunities for parent involvement.
  3. Guarantee the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
  4. Participate in all required meetings and training sessions.
  5. Foster effective communication and maintain professional relationships with clients, family members, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be at least 18 years of age. (Required)
  2. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (Required)
  3. Valid driver's license (Required)
  4. Strong communication skills, reliability, and compassion are essential.
