About the Role

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a highly qualified Speech Language Pathologist to fill the position of Clinical Fellow Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping aspiring Clinical Fellows (CFs) develop their skills and expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor Clinical Fellows in their clinical practice, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of care.
  • Collaborate with our team of pediatric therapists to develop and implement effective treatment plans for children with speech and language disorders.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our clinical programs, ensuring they are aligned with the latest research and best practices in the field.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in speech language pathology.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • ASHA certification.
  • State Speech Language Pathology License.
  • Two years of experience as a CCC (Certified Clinical Competence) Speech Language Pathologist.
