Job Title: Heavy Duty Truck Sales Lead

At GATR Truck Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Duty Truck Sales Lead to join our team in SAUK RAPIDS, MN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share in the heavy-duty truck segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of heavy-duty truck sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer needs and preferences, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales department.
  • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
  • Regularly review sales performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in heavy-duty truck sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or transportation industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of heavy-duty truck specifications, features, and industry regulations.
