CRC is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team in Rutland, VT. As a rehabilitation medicine specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and optimize rehabilitative outcomes in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized physiatry services to patients with physical impairments and disabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with our therapy team to improve patient function and quality of life.
  • Assess and manage barriers to therapy, including joint or neuropathic pain, spasticity, and other conditions.
  • Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge the gap between therapy and internal medicine.

Requirements:

  • Nurse Practitioner/APRN/Physician Assistant License.
  • Vermont License.
  • Ability to work in the U.S.
  • Experience in post-acute care preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $95,000 - $125,000 salary depending on experience.
  • Bonus pay opportunities.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including great health insurance, generous PTO, and 401(k) plan with an annual contribution of 2-3%.

Work Environment:

  • Located in Rutland, VT.
  • Full-time, 8-hour shift with flexibility to control daily workflow.
