We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at On The Border. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Lead and coach a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide remarkable food, drinks, and hospitality
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the team and implement changes to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and team members
  • Manage schedules, supervise, and counsel team members to ensure seamless operations
  • Identify and address guest concerns and feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing plans and promotions
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management experience (preferably in Full Service/Casual Dining)
  • High-energy, fun-loving personality and leadership skills to inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and team members
  • Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours a week and stand/walk for 9-10 hours per day
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise and potential allergens
