Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients undergoing elective surgical procedures.
- Administer medications, including blood products, and manage patient care according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient unit operations.
- Participate in unit-specific initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an outpatient surgery setting.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and proficiency in Pyxis medication system.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve unit goals.
The CHH Surgery Center is a multi-specialty unit serving a variety of elective surgical procedures, including general, orthopedic, urology, and plastic surgery.
