Job Description: As a Storage Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. You'll also be responsible for managing storage units, performing routine maintenance tasks, and collaborating with the site manager to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
  • Storage Unit Management: Assist customers with storage unit rentals, answering questions about pricing, availability, and amenities.
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, repairs, and equipment inspections, to ensure the facility remains safe and functional.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the site manager and other staff members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

About You: To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer service attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Work Environment: The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands: The work requires some physical exertion, including long periods of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
