Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Process Engineering team to develop and implement process improvements and optimize manufacturing operations.
  2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for industrial equipment and tools, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  3. Work closely with manufacturing and process engineering teams to identify and recommend tools and equipment needs, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
  4. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production tools and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and extending equipment lifespan.
  5. Develop and implement shop floor control system production templates, streamlining production processes and improving efficiency.
  6. Provide training and support to production personnel on equipment operation and maintenance, ensuring a high level of proficiency and safety.
  7. Build and install tools and equipment to support factory requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  8. Source and procure parts, tools, equipment, and supplies to support production and special projects, ensuring timely delivery and optimal quality.
  9. Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  10. Document equipment and tool issues, maintenance records, tool logs, asset recording, and tracking, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements and Education
  1. A college or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  2. At least one year of experience working in a similar environment is required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  1. Physical ability to work on and around industrial equipment, including occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and root-cause equipment issues.
  3. Knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes, with the ability to optimize and improve production efficiency.
  4. Effective time management and delegation skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  5. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and other relevant software applications.
Job Complexity and Supervision
  1. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with minimal supervision.
  2. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of attention to detail.
  3. Highly motivated and self-directed, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
