Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Project Manager to join our team. As a Business Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects, providing a single point of contact for those projects. You will work closely with our core project team to develop detailed, actionable project schedules, assign tasks to team members, and develop detailed and accurate work schedules, project estimates, and resource plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and execution of critical technology projects and initiatives.
  • Project Management: Manage large projects of high complexity, working with cross-functional teams to deliver business value.
  • Communication: Communicate accurate and timely project accomplishments and overall project health to stakeholders via required measures and methods.
  • Risk Management: Proactively manage project risks and risk mitigation plans, ensuring adherence to all government, corporate, and department standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • 5 years of experience working in a team setting to deliver projects.
  • 5 years of project management experience, including managing large projects with cross-functional teams.
  • 5 years of gathering requirements and preparing documentation.
  • 5 years of analyzing data and providing recommendations.
  • 5 years of project management and resource planning tools, building and executing actionable plans.
  • 5 years of effectively executing concurrent projects of varying size, cost, technologies, complexity, and risk.
