We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Break down projects into manageable phases and tasks, assigning responsibilities to team members.
  • Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track progress and identify potential risks or issues.
  • Manage project timelines and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes.
  • Follow Agile development practices.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years of experience managing complex projects across multiple departments.
  • Must have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects within budget, schedule, and scope.
  • Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM, A-CSM) or Certified/Professional Scrum Trainer (CST, PST) are preferred.
Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile Development frameworks) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint).
  • Proficient in project planning and usage of scheduling software.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and techniques.
  • Familiarity with change management processes and tools.
Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex project challenges.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and resilience to handle unexpected changes and maintain project momentum.
