Job Overview

We're looking for an individual with exceptional quality control skills to ensure the highest standards in our direct mail products. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting quality control pulls, verifying specifications, and communicating with the press or machine operator about any quality concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality control pulls on a continuous basis to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Become familiar with job specifications and compare pulls to the master sample
  • Notify the press or machine operator of any quality concerns and communicate with supervisors, shift leads, and mechanics about errors discovered

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong attention to detail: Ability to read and understand job instructions, with good color vision and the ability to read a ruler down to units as small as 1/32 of an inch
  • Good problem-solving skills: Ability to recognize patterns and match details
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management
  • Basic computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
