Education:

A.S. in Radiological Health Sciences, graduation from an AMH accredited Radiologic Technology program, or completion of a formal program from an accredited institution.

Licensure/Certifications:

Registration by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists in Nuclear Medicine or Radiography, and/or licensure by the State Department of Health. Modality certification is required or must be obtained within six months of employment or the end of the cross-training period. State License in Nuclear Medicine. Graduation from a vocational school. Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB).
