Responsibilities:

* Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives
* Collaborate with business partners to connect customers with experts who can help with specialized needs
* Operate a teller drawer, serving customers in the lobby and drive-up
* Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital products
* Recognize potential fraud and other risks
* Participate in bank events and community activities

Requirements:

* 1+ years of experience in banking, with a focus on relationship building
* High school degree or equivalent
* Intermediate computer skills
