Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at TriCom Quest. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing high-level support and information to customers via phone, email, and online chat.

The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience operating on Zendesk or similar CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers via phone, email, and online chat
  • Maintain overall customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
  • General administrative office support
  • Troubleshoot product issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
  • Spanish bilingual language ability is a big plus
  • 1 – 2 years of customer support experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills

Benefits:

  • $20 - $22 per hour
  • Long-Term Temporary, possibility of Temp-to-Hire
  • Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm
