Medical Science Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison - Clinical Insights Specialist to join our team at Syneos Health Inc. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.
About the RoleThis position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with medical professionals, policymakers, and advocates. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide scientific and clinical expertise that helps drive market access for our clients' products. Your primary goal will be to support the development and execution of strategic plans that promote product education, HCP engagement, and ultimately improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Confer with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies for product education and market access.
- Build and maintain credible relationships with key targets in the medical community, including physicians, pharmacists, and nurses.
- Provide scientific and clinical expertise through presentations, publications, and other channels to enhance product knowledge among HCPs.
- Support internal stakeholders with product education, speaker training, and other initiatives to foster HCP engagement.
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) required; PharmD, DNP, or Certified Diabetes Care & Educator Specialist (CDCES) degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in diabetes-related roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong training and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex scientific information effectively.

- A salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience.
