Job Summary

The Clinical Technology Specialist plays a pivotal role in advancing healthcare by providing expert support for Abbott's innovative leadless technology.

This position requires a strong understanding of medical device operations and the ability to work closely with internal and external customers to drive therapy adoption and procedural success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary case support for initial leadless implants, leveraging deep knowledge of best-practices, clinical data, and comprehensive technical product expertise.
  • Partner with local sales teams to ensure the safe expansion of leadless therapy within their local accounts and transfer of technical expertise to the commercial team.
  • Support national physician training programs, facilitating hands-on training experiences in partnership with the education team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent/related experience.
  • 3-5 years of clinical medical device experience or equivalent, ideally with CRM products.
  • A comprehensive ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with others effectively.
  • High-level of comfort in navigating the medical environment, including labs and hospital settings.
