Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient financial engagement: Communicate effectively with patients regarding financial responsibility and facilitate payment arrangements.
  • Credit management: Manage patient accounts, work aging reports, and process credit card payments.
  • Customer service: Provide professional assistance via phone and email, ensuring positive interactions with patients.
  • Claims processing: Assist with claims submissions and resolve issues efficiently.
