Manage incoming phone inquiries and route them courteously and professionally.

Maintain accurate records for all sales, invoices, receipts, and transfers for the branch.
Ensure a complete and precise inventory record of all agronomy products.
Oversee and track agronomy supply agreements.
Keep current agronomy pricing lists updated.
Maintain a comprehensive file for customer records related to sales and purchases.
Possess a solid understanding of agronomy software to assist with entering, modifying, and monitoring work orders.
Ensure compliance with ODA recordkeeping and reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of oneself, colleagues, and customers.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.
Exceptional Communication Skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
