Vacation Sales Professional

About the Role: As a Vacation Sales Professional at Wyndham Destinations, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with prospective and current owners. Your primary goal will be to articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations and effectively present our sales presentations in accordance with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face presentations in state-of-the-art sales centers located at award-winning resorts.
- Finding commonality with prospective and/or current owners, communicating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, and generating sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
- Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training sessions.
Travel Requirements:
- No travel required outside of the home site's area.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, not required.
- Must maintain production standards.
- Must have the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or the ability to obtain one.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Training Requirements:
- Initial Paid Training covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.
Estimated Salary Range:$50,000 - $70,000 per year
