Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.

Duties:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Process reservations and manage room assignments
  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Perform night audit duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in guest relations or hotel industry is preferred
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
  • Knowledge of front desk operations and hospitality management
  • Familiarity with night audit procedures is an asset
