Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance.
  • Respond to service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct make-readies and ensure properties are ready for new residents.
  • Utilize knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance, carpentry, HVAC, and painting to perform repairs and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot service requests and identify solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of physical fitness to perform tasks that require lifting, carrying, and operating equipment.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in residential property management maintenance and repair.
  • HVAC license required.
