Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler I to join our team. As a Material Handler I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning and setting up equipment, performing daily, weekly, and monthly cleanings, and inspecting, assembling, and packaging devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Set-up Equipment: Ensure that all equipment is properly cleaned and set up for production.
  • Perform Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Cleanings: Conduct regular cleanings to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Inspect, Assemble, and/or Package Devices: Inspect devices for quality and accuracy, assemble and package them as needed.
  • Maintain Good Housekeeping and 6S Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 6S principles.
  • Participate in and Complete All Required Training: Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Perform All Other Duties and Responsibilities as Determined by Supervision/Management: Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor or management.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency Required: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to Comprehend and Interpret Control Documents and Specifications: Understand and interpret control documents and specifications.
  • Ability to Work Without Direct Supervision: Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to Work Overtime as Required: Work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to Stand for Long Periods: Stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to Lift, Push, or Pull Up to 50 Pounds Repetitively: Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Ability to Bend/Stoop: Bend and stoop as needed.
  • Audiometric Testing and Hearing Protection Required: Undergo audiometric testing and wear hearing protection.
  • Meet Visual Acuity Requirements as Documented in the Baxter Cleveland Visual Acuity Procedure CL-01-01-037: Meet visual acuity requirements as outlined in the procedure.
Compensation
