Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of machine operating procedures.
  • Conduct quality checks and follow established quality protocols.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and departmental procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area by assisting with general housekeeping tasks.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in English and fundamental math skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and scrapers.
  • Physical capability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods.
  • Able to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
