About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Baxter. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and set up equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleanings to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Conduct line clearances, TIQ inspections, and parameters verifications to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Review and verify production documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Inspect, assemble, and package devices to meet quality and safety requirements
  • Maintain good housekeeping and 6S responsibilities to promote a safe and efficient work environment
  • Participate in and complete all required training to stay up-to-date on company procedures and policies
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency required
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret control documents and specifications
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds repetitively
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Audiometric testing and hearing protection required
  • Meet visual acuity requirements as documented in the Baxter Cleveland Visual Acuity procedure CL
