We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Professional Case Management. As a CNA, you will provide personal care services to clients in their homes, under the direction of our RN/Case Managers.

  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Maintain a clean and safe home environment
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure client satisfaction
