We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Orlando. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Home Health is responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Continuously observe and report patient nursing needs to the supervising nurse and/or physician
  • Instruct patients and their families in the care of the patient and maintenance of a healthy environment
  • Complete progress notes for each visit and submit them to the agency daily
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida
  • Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
  • CPR Certification
