LPN - Orlando Area

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in the West Orlando area. As a LPN, you will provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home.
Responsibilities- Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the healthcare team.
- Complete progress notes for each visit and submit them to the agency daily.
- Continually observe and report the patient's nursing needs, instruct the patient's family in care, and maintain a healthy environment.
- Observe, record, and report to the supervising nurse and/or physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida.
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- CPR Certification required.
