Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the West Orlando area. As a LPN, you will provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home.

Responsibilities
  • Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other healthcare team members.
  • Complete progress notes for each visit and submit them to the agency daily.
  • Continually observe and report patients' nursing needs, instruct patients' families in care, and maintain a healthy environment for patients.
  • Observe, record, and report patients' responses to treatment and changes in their condition to the supervising nurse and/or physician.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida.
  • Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • CPR Certification required.
