Responsibilities:
- Direct and administer Front Office operations to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
- Develop team member performance through supervision, scheduling, counseling, and evaluations.
- Implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
- Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing, and policies.
