Job Summary
At Hyatt Centric Times Square New York, we are seeking a skilled Front Office Supervisory Professional to oversee the front office staff, manage cash control for agents, and coordinate staffing needs and guest services. This role requires a proven track record of effective supervision, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of the front office staff, including training, staff development, and scheduling.
- Management of cash control for agents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordination of staffing needs, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Providing exceptional guest services, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
