We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Coordinator to join our team in the United States.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and creative environment, driven by over 16,000 EVOlutioneers across 30 markets worldwide.

As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, including customers, newcomers, clients, and vendors.

You will ensure that the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.

In addition, you will update calendars, schedule meetings, and track events.

You will also assist with top management visits and meetings organization, as well as random reservations and bookings.

Your responsibilities will include receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries.

You will also be responsible for music scheduling in the reception area, daily security questions, and cooperation with security guards.

Furthermore, you will perform daily maintenance on the Swiped On system and assist with office requests tickets.

You will also monitor JIRA tickets, complete workflows, and reassign tasks.

You will document flows for incoming and outgoing mails and cargo, record fingerprint access, and assist during non-availability periods.

In addition, you will assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and research.

You will also perform additional projects based on office management needs.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or higher education, fluency in English (verbal and written), excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility, punctuality, accuracy, and attention to details.

You should also have the ability to accurately fulfill direct management orders and work tasks, tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information, multitasking skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

At least one year of experience in management, customer service, administration, or any related field is required.

We offer a competitive salary of $**55,000 - $65,000 per annum**, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
