Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tire Center Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Tire Center Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our tire and battery center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals, educate and mentor new team members, and communicate effectively to provide excellent customer service.
  • Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, industry guidelines, and service standards, as well as proficiency in Point of Sale systems and phone and in-person selling techniques.
  • Be a Problem Solver: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the customer experience, and enhance associate engagement, and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Be an Owner: Communicate equipment and supply needs to the TBC Lead, track and monitor returns and special orders, operate cash registers, and maintain accurate inventory and safety standards.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, develop and influence others to work in a respectful and team-oriented style, and understand and address roadblocks in training.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
