The Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager Inside Sales to join our team. As a key player on our team, you will work as a technical liaison between customers and the company, proactively coordinating orders and project-specific requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include working with customers, sales, and engineering teams to ensure order efficiency while maintaining positive relationships, both internal and external.

  • Customer Liaison: Engage customers over the phone and in writing to set expectations and coordinate requirements, including material, engineering, and other submittal documentation.
  • Order Processing: Enter customer and project information into our ERP/CRM system (Epicor).
  • Technical Support: Respond to customer questions or concerns regarding project-specific applications, details, or order status.

Your Qualifications

  • Degree and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in an Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Engineering Management field, or equivalent work experience in a related field. 2-3 years of prior Project Manager experience working in commercial construction or manufacturing.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel formulas, lookups, and equations. Good mechanical/technical aptitude, able to read and navigate blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
